Randy Joss has been teaching at Terman since 2004. Prior to that, he was at Graham Middle School in Mountain View, where he taught 7th grade accelerated math.

Mr. Joss holds a masters degree in Education from Stanford as well as MBA, BA, and BS degrees also from Stanford. Prior to starting his teaching career, he worked in software (Ariba, Inc.), banking (Wells Fargo), and management consulting (Mercer). In addition, Mr. Joss spent two years living in SE Asia, helping the Indonesian government develop small businesses in West Java. He speaks fluent, but very rusty Indonesian.

He lives in Menlo Park and has three children in the elementary school system there.
