This site has a lots of educational stuff for kids, teachers and parents.  Said to be the "Internet's #1 site for K-8 kids and teachers."
 Space Telescope Science Institute

This site contains beautiful Hubble photos in real color and updated frequently.  View galaxies, black holes, nebula, solar systems, star clusters, and much more. 
Kids Learning Network

Great graphics and user interface.  Lots of fun for kids and educational too. 
 Piano Nanny

Especially designed for children, this site teaches how to play the piano with easy to understand lessons,  All you need is a small portable keyboard, your computer and the desire to learn how to play the piano. 
KIDiddles.com

This site has lots of fun things to do but my favorite is MoJo's Musical Mouseum containing almost 2000 kids songs.  Listen to the music and sing along with the words on the screen.  There's even a Song of the Day.
 National Geographic Kids Site

Just like the grown up version, National Geographic Kids is full of fun and interesting facts about science, geography, history, world events ad many other topics but in language kids can understand
Surfing the Net With Kids

This site is maintained by a newspaper columnist and directed towards "parents, kids, teens, grandparents, teachers, librarians and the incurably curious."  It is a wealth of information with games, jokes, hot topics and more.

NIEHS is a federal government agency dedicated to environmental health research and initiatives. The NIEHS Kids Pages are designed to:
